Privacy Policy

Myra (itsmyra.com) is a decision platform for online stores, operated by EASY ECOMM SRL, România (“we”). This policy explains what data Myra processes, why, and how you stay in control. Contact: contact@itsmyra.com.

What we process

  • Account data: your name, email address and an encrypted password hash.
  • Store data (Shopify, WooCommerce): products, prices, costs, inventory and orders (totals, payment method, city and county of delivery). We do not import customer names, emails, phone numbers or street addresses.
  • Advertising data (TikTok, Meta): ad accounts, campaigns, ad groups, ads and daily performance metrics (spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, cost per result).
  • Warehouse data: shipments (tracking number, courier, delivery status, cash-on-delivery amounts and settlement dates) and stock levels.
  • Invoicing data: invoice totals and payment status.
  • Bank data (read-only, via a licensed open-banking provider): account balances and transactions. Myra cannot make payments or transfers.

Why we process it

Only to provide the service to you: calculating real profit per product, forecasting stock and cash, and recommending decisions such as scaling, reducing or pausing an ad, or reordering stock. Every recommendation shows the numbers behind it.

Actions on your accounts

Myra reads data by default. Changes on your ad accounts (budget changes, pausing or resuming ads) are made only after you approve them, or automatically only for the action types you have explicitly enabled. Bank, warehouse and invoicing connections are read-only.

TikTok data

Data received through the TikTok API for Business is used only to provide Myra’s features to the advertiser who connected the account. It is not sold, not shared with other customers or third parties for their own purposes, and not used to train AI models. When you disconnect TikTok in Myra, we stop syncing and delete the stored access token immediately. You can also remove the authorization from your TikTok for Business account at any time, after which Myra can no longer read your data.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We use service providers that process data on our behalf, under contract: cloud hosting and databases, email delivery, and AI providers that generate answers, voice and video inside Myra. They receive only what is needed for the specific feature.

Security

Access tokens and keys for your connected accounts are stored encrypted. All traffic uses HTTPS. Each store’s data is isolated and accessible only to the people you invite.

Retention and deletion

You can disconnect any integration at any time; we stop syncing immediately. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your store data within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep records longer.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data, and object to or restrict its processing, by writing to contact@itsmyra.com. You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP).

Cookies

We use only an essential session cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising or tracking cookies.
