The service

Myra connects to your store, advertising, warehouse, invoicing and bank accounts and recommends decisions based on your data. Recommendations are informational; you decide.

Your account and connections

• You connect only accounts you are authorized to use and keep your login details safe.
• You can disconnect any integration and close your account at any time.
• Actions on your ad accounts happen only after your approval, or automatically for action types you enabled.

Fees

Pricing is a percentage of your store’s sales plus usage-based fees for AI features, as shown in your account before you are charged.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt to access other customers’ data, or copy, resell or reverse-engineer the platform.

Liability

We work to keep calculations accurate, but results depend on the data provided by the connected services. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions taken based on recommendations.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes. Romanian law applies.
